Product Great But Missing 1

No complaints about the product itself or Nike boxer briefs, 5 stars for that. Store and customer service, 0 stars. Don't buy anything that is open or tampered with in store, this is the second time in less than 3 months that I have bought something in store and it is not complete, 2 different locations but I bought something from Dicks that is opened and repackaged by the store and it has missing items and its not noted on the box (the box says "3-PK"). Disappointing because when I asked chat about it they told me to go to my local store and ask them to help me but the cannot guarantee they will help me because I purchased this out of town. So moral of the story, don't buy anything that looks previously opened or if you do open that box in store so you can exchange it right then. I guess I am just happy it was discounted for a damaged box and I didn't have to pay full price I guess
