One of the best shorts, very light, and airy due to the mesh type material. So yes they can be see-through but maybe 20%, as its very difficult to even see the color your wearing underneath. They will wear our quick from my experience. I wore it once and already see the thread coming loose, don't if it was like that or happened after wearing.
