Exchange Not Easy!
Exchanged a pair of nike running shorts for another w/a liner extending to upper thigh. Nearly same exact pair of running shorts, but $10 more. The exchange policy is confusing and flawed in my opinion! The cashier wasn't very nice, somewhat unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of the exchange process. The manager was also a bit confused as to the best way to handle, but at least pleasant. accommodating process.
