Very Comfortable

Very comfortable with a very soft flexible sole. I am a bigger guy so I wouldn't use these for running as they feel a bit soft versus springy but they are a great walking shoe and would be a good light cross trainer as well as they are a pretty stable when moving side to side. I would buy another pair.
