The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.


Design:

  • Upper is made of breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed during dynamic movements, like lunging, squatting and jumping
  • Flywire cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout
  • Rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility during any sudden movements

In-Shoe Comfort:

  • Combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step
  • Comfortable inner sleeve increases ankle support and provides more seamless fit
  • Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort
  • More foam was added in the heel for improved stability

Durability & Traction:

  • Laser-siped outsole for better flexibility allowing you to move more naturally
  • Multi-surface traction pattern is made for any workout surface and activity

Great Shoes

I bought the white pair for my husband and he loves how comfortable they are. He wears them when he is coaching and they match/go with all of his coaching gear perfectly!

Really like these trainers, I like the fact there is no loose tongue, down side I need to use a shoe horn to get them on. Very very comfy and well supporting, easy to get off. 👌

Not Bad

I ordered the mostly white pair with black accents. I only dislike a few things. First off, if you have a high arch, you will struggle to get these sneakers on. Sizing up a half size might help with this, but I’m not sure. Secondly, I deal with overpronation. After about an hour, the inside of my foot gets uncomfortable. Lastly, the back of the sneaker looks more cream than white. I’m not sure if that’s from the shoes sitting in a box and the fabric aging, but it’s ugly for the price of the shoe. However, it seems to be the best hybrid option for lower body days in the gym. Do not expect a new balance style cushion. This isn’t a lifestyle sneaker.

Would’ve Liked To Give 4.5 ⭐️

Shoe is fantastic, I ordered a size 10 standard sneaker size. Loved the fit, lightweight, excellent support. Would’ve really loved just a slight bit more room in the midsole/arch. Else a perfect gym shoe, will definitely buy again.
