My package was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx, a company DICK's chose to utilize. I reached out to FedEx with no success. The delivery driver clearly did not read the address correctly, and now it is left up to me to play Inspector Gadget and locate my own package. DICK's customer service wants me to pay another $200 for a replacement in order to get my refund. Christmas is tomorrow, and now I am without a gift to give. I wish I had never ordered anything, but the Mahomes jersey was sold out in stores. I will never order anything else because they do not care if the package ever makes it to your doorstep.
