Nike Lt 1 ( White And Metallic Gold Color)

. I love these shoes! I was a little nervous at first because of some of the reviews and switching from my previous favorite lifting shoes, the Free Metcon 6, but they ended up exceeding my expectations. They do fit slightly small, so if you’re between sizes I’d recommend going up half a size. Otherwise, staying true to size should be fine. Some people mentioned they’re hard to get on, and that was true the first time, but after breaking them in they became much easier. They’re lighter than you’d expect and feel very stable, especially for heavy lifts. They also look way better in person than in pictures. Break-in time is quick, which is a big plus. There is a little bit of heel slippage at first, but it improves as the shoe breaks in. Also, if you’re doing a lot of running or dynamic movements, the insoles can slide slightly since they’re not glued down. It’s an easy fix though and doesn’t happen often. Overall, great shoe for lifting with solid stability, comfort, and style.

Amazing Shoes For Athletes

The LeBron Trainer 1 is a game-changer for anyone needing one shoe to do it all. Right out of the box, the comfort is elite — plush cushioning underfoot and a soft, breathable upper that locks your foot in without pressure points. Support is where these shine: the midfoot cage and wide base keep you stable during lateral moves, while the heel counter holds firm on cuts and jumps. They’re surprisingly versatile too. I’ve logged miles running, hit leg day at the gym, and even played pickup basketball — no slip, no fatigue. Traction grips court, track, and pavement. If you want one pair for training, running, and everyday wear, the Trainer 1 delivers comfort, support, and versatility in a clean LeBron package.

Comfortable

We bought for our son for weightlifting and sports in high school. He said they were comfortable the first time he wore them. He has a wide foot, and they fit great.

Great Shoe For The Gym

This shoe is great. I bought these to replace the free metcon 4 I had for 3 years and it was a great decision. Took one session to break them in and they’ve been superb ever since. They work well for dynamic exercises, isolation work, cardio and weight lifting. It’s like a free metcon but sturdier.

Colors Better In Person.

Really liked the colors of the sneakers. Once I received them I loved them even more. They are vibrant and go with a few outfits I have.

Great Gym Shoe

This shoe is comfortable after getting it on, but getting it on is challenging, the fit is snug and GREAT for the gym

Sizing Is Way Off

Super cute shoes, but they don't fit wide feet. I bought a 5.5, which is half a size up from my usual, and they were way smaller than my other 5.5s. I sent them back and got a 6, but I still had trouble getting my feet in. I'm just going to return them. I'm even wondering if I should bother ordering a 6.5.

Exchange

The shoes that I bought were very nice and what I expected! The size are smaller than I expected. I sent a message to see if I can exchange them for 11 1/2 but haven’t gotten a response yet!!

My Thoughts On The Lebron Tr 1👍

Just came it took about 3 days and when i tried them on it felt like pillows on my feet. I tried them out and they are a very good shoe recommend to people who need comfort and like to be active.

Nike I hope y’all read this review. But could y’all make an all Black shoe with Matt Black at the sole and a holographic Nike check for the LeBron TR1

Comfortable And Fit Like A Glove For The Feet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. They fit like a glove, but for my feet. Wish it had a tad more cushion on the toes area, but overall, they are very comfortable. There's another review that says they are hand to put on, but the top if very stretchy when you put it on and it's not hard at all so don't listen to that review. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Excellent For Lifting - May Appear Bulkier Than Other Lifting Shoes

Great shoes that provide a lot of support and comfort. They seem very durable and provide a stable foundation when lifting. I ordered a half size up but I’m not sure if that was necessary. You can probably get away with ordering your typical size if you’ve ordered other Nike’s. The only con would be they are a little more bulky looking almost how basketball shoes are. Compared to Metcons they aren’t as slim with the profile but it probably makes the shoe more stable. Otherwise great shoe.
