Ordered online on 12/21/23 at the Upland Store. Credit card has been charged. Still not delivered. No email notifying of order status. Called customer svc. on 1/9/24, and was told my order will be cancelled because item is out of stock. I questioned well isn't it a pre-order paid for already. Makes no sense, no explanation given as to why.
