    Weak Vs Prior Models Of Metcons

    Dislike the 10s this versus previous models. Lacks structure. Way too soft and floppy of a shoe. Feels less support to really plant in and push on squats or deadlifts. Will likely need to switch to NOBULLs until the design changes again. Dissatisfied

    I love these metcon shoes. They have a good flat bottom for strength workouts but are also comfortable for conditioning workouts. They are all around a great shoe that works for almost any day at the gym.
