About This Item

Power your cross-training potential with the Metcon 10. It optimizes stability for your heavier lifts with an ultra-strong Hyperlift plate and levels up mobility with responsive ReactX foam. With increased energy return and a lighter weight than the Metcon 9, it helps you conquer any movement your workout demands.

Design

  • Midsole rubber wrap is more tuned, lighter and less bulky than the Metcon 9
  • Open-holed engineered mesh provides breathability
  • An ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under your heel (where you need it most) optimizes stability for heavy lifts—like squats, dead lifts and cleans—without compromising the ride
  • Tough plastic heel clip provides durability for handstand push-ups
  • Combined with a sturdy heel cup and lace tuck, it allows you to focus on your form and not shifting or slipping
  • A wider toe box compared to the Metcon 9 lets your toes extend outward and helps you optimize your power through your whole foot
  • The midfoot band helps secure your foot onto the footbed when you pull on the laces

  • In-Shoe Comfort

  • An updated midsole with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return. It combines with flex grooves on the outsole to give you flexible, responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like box jumps and quick sprints

  • Durability & Traction

  • A tough, sticky texture strategically placed on the midfoot and toe—high wear-and-tear areas—delivers game-changing grip and durability
  • A new traction pattern provides a flat, sticky surface for lifting on even the sweatiest of surfaces

    Best Training Shoes In Years

Best training shoes I’ve owned/worn in years. Bests earlier versions of the Metcon as well.

    Worst Version Of Metcon

I have been wearing Marcos for a long time, and can easily say this is the cheapest/worst rendition. Week 1 they feel like the barely support and are falling apart. Nike gets worse every year.

    My Go Too Lifting Shoe

I always go with Metcons when lifting but with this series I wish the mid section of the shoe got a little tighter. The new design seems to not allow it to be as tight.

    Metcon 10

Feels a little heavier than previous models. They do feel as if they have more cushion which is a plus. I miss the lace lock of the previous models. The laces pop out when using the lace tuck of this shoe. Needs more foot protection for rope climbs.

    Very Comfortable

Husband loves these shoes for crossfit and training.
