    Great Crosstraining Shoes

    The looks are incredible, and they are very comfortable in short runs, crosstraining and heavy lifting. I had to size 1/2 number up.

    True to size. I’ve never worn a Metcon shoe before but these are awesome in the gym. Provide the balance and stability I need when moving heavy weight. I like the color options too. Went with the orange and blue ones.
