Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very small shoe Sometimes I do wear a wide shoe but I usually wear a medium width 10.5 US size shoes. Not so with this shoe. It was so small, I could not even get my foot into the shoe. The tongue of the shoe is strapped to the base of the shoe so loosening the laces doesn't give you more room to get your foot into the shoe. The photo shows how much of my foot was not in the shoe when I had my foot as far into the shoe as I could get it. My heel was still about an inch outside the heel of the shoe, even with a very thin sock, so it wasn't even close to fitting. It was so far off that I don't think going up to the next higher size would help much. With such a poor fit, I can't help but believe that there must have been some sort of manufacturing mistake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor design, sole came undone in 2wks and not first time for light usage! This is my 2nd pair of Metcon 4 that has come apart on the side where the sole connects, my husband as well has had this happen to him with his Metcon 4! My first pair lasted nearly a year then came apart with a ton of use, my 2's and 3's have outlasted the 4's! My 2nd pair of Metcon 4 I had for a month and only used for 2wks and it came apart, my husband's first pair of 4's lasted under a month! Poor designing on Nike's part! Really disappointed as I really LOVED the men camo black/gray and my size is the first one to sell out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like! I’ve worked out in these shoes a couple of times now and I like them! Mostly weight lifting and walking. The stability is great! Night and day difference between these and the running shoes I’ve been lifting in. I definitely feel more in control on my lifts. To me the shoe does run a bit small so I sized up. Bought a 13 (my normal size), returned them for a 14 and they fit great good. A little bit of heal slip but I relaced them the way a runner showed me a few years ago that pulls the top together more and no more slipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish design, very comfortable and great stability I bought these to wear when I train in the gym. I had a different brand before, and the soles on that pair wore down pretty quickly. So far, these soles provide much more cushion and lateral stability when on the treadmill or doing walking lunges. Plus they are quite handsome. Highly recommended. Perfect fit on size, not too narrow or wide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great high intensity workout shoe Great shoe for metcons and weightlifting. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a wide foot. The shoe runs a little narrow. If we could get a little more arch support in the next version it would be perfect (would also help with running). My only concern is that I have owned every version of Metcons to date (1,2,3,4, and fly knit 1 & 2) none of them stay tied. Can Nike please fix this problem going forward???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only caters to normal sized feet I’m sure these shoes are incredible for whatever type of workout that people do but they only have regular sizes, not wide or extra wide sizes. There is a huge market of people out there that do not have regular feet. Please fix ASAP so the rest of us can enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sneaker I’ve ever bought By far the best pair of sneakers I’ve ever owned. Great for lifting, footwork, and just general comfort and style. They have lasted through 5-6 days a week of hard use in the gym and at practices for close to a year now. Will definitely buy again when needed
