Rated 4 out of 5 by from Liking Them So Far Comfortable. I like how they’re a bit wider in the toe box. Small amount of heel slippage, but no severe that I can’t squat or deadlift in them. They’re snug, so had to go up a half size. Def not made for running any type of distance. Prob not even the 1/4 mile mark my feet were hurting. Decent for walking though. Picked up the grey ones and they look good with pretty much anything I wear with them (jeans, joggers, khaki shorts, training shorts, whatever).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPER Comfortable, Very Stable I bought a pair of Metcon Flyknit 3s without actually intending to buy them. I was trying on various pairs of trainers and thinking I'd probably end up purchasing another style that friends had really talked up. A pair of Flyknit 3s were sitting next nearby and so I thought "might as well try them on before I check out." I am so glad I did. They are probably the most comfortable and stable shoes I've worked with for group fitness classes. (And I own several other trainers.) You see a lot of mixed reviews for this particular shoe, and honestly, it's easy to see why. The shoe revolves around a thick, inner sock construction. If the inner sock happens to fit your foot perfectly, they're so very comfortable and stable. If the inner sock DOESN'T fit your foot perfectly, then unfortunately, no amount of tightening or loosening the laces is going to make this shoe work for you. That said, give them a try. They might be your new favorite shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly sturdy shoe Nike has really hit the right balance between the need of sturdy soles for weightlifting, but the needed flexibility for more aerobic conditioning exercises. They seem to be built like a rock with a lot of attention paid to the small details that help crossfitters across a wide variety of activities. I'm very excited for this purchase. I took the advice of others and bought a .5 size up from what I would normally wear and that was a good decision. These shoes are very snug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Try them on before buying The shoe fits me perfectly and has incredible support. I had the regular metcon 3’s prior but this flyknit is noticeably better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product Defect? Added these to my Metcon collection when they first dropped and wanted to love them... such a great looking shoe! There is a tightness right on the top of the shoe however that puts my feet to sleep after 30 minutes. Very uncomfortable. I’ve worked out in them 5 times to try to break them in but no luck. Definitely going to pause on future releases to make sure I can try them on first. Expensive purchase for a pair of shoes that I can’t wear!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best flyknit metcon yet! I've had all the versions of both the flyknit metcons AND the regular metcons. This is definitely the best flyknit metcon yet. I didn't like the 2's because my heel kept slipping out when doing sprints and pushing a sled. But these are a lot more secure and locked in.Since having these shoes for a couplemonths now, I've deadlifted up to 405 (but if given the option I would switch to a regular metcon after 315) and cleaned 225 in these shoes.... anything more than a 225 clean and jerk maybe even a 185 I would definitely switch to a regular metcon. The soles are definitely more comfortable to wear for longer durations and just walk around and run errands in. But of course, at a cost, as the soles give and compress under heavier lifts. I'm a trainer, and I wear these to coach all day in and do light training in... and all heavier training is done in regular metcons.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product Defect? Just got these for my birthday, 3-28 Really great looking shoe! Love the bottom support they have, but after wearing them for 30 mins There is a tightness right on top on the shoe tongue i belive its the stitching thats hurting the top of my foot I tried different socks and no I can only wear then for about 5-8mins and I'm ready to take them off . Very uncomfortable. Will return them tomorrow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TIGHT BY DEFAULT just got these after using the dsx 2, they run small due to the tightness of the sock, i tried a half size bigger but too much room in the toe so i stuck with my original size hoping they would loosen up while wearing or working out..... it got to the point i couldn't wait to take them off, very uncomfortable. Makes you think if anyone even tests these out at Nike first??
