Would Recommend Sizing Up
Bought this for my husband who typically wears a size small in clothing (28 waist) and the small in this tee is TIGHT especially after washing. If you want a shirt that really shows off your muscles stick with your regular size, but otherwise if you want a bit of breathing room I’d recommend sizing up one size!
