Horrible Customer Support In Store

On 8/22/25 we purchased these Nikes instore. the only size that fit my 12-year-old son happened to be the display shoes, so went ahead with the purchase. they were white shoes. We returned on 8/26/26 due to one off his shoes being very uncomfortable. again, this was the shoe that was on display. We had to talk to three different staff members two of whom were managers, just to exchange them. We still wanted to spend our money at Dick’s. But the staff was trying to tell us that since he wore them for four days we had to keep them. These are $190 shoes.. tony was the manager at the Ridgedale location that actually helped us. It was embarrassing to have to go through this. I understand that people probably disrespect Dick‘s return policy. But within four days of our purchase and having a defective item, that is totally reasonable return. Dicks sends the defective item back to nike and is reimbursed. do better dicks. We will shop at Scheels now.

Comfortable Shoe

Shoe was very comfortable but the color was mediocre

Evenly Distributed Cushion

Pegasus plus is a very comfortable shoe with evenly distributed zoom throughout. Highly recommended for those putting 5-20miles a week in.

Nike Running Shoes

Comfy running shoes for every day runs. Fits my wide foot.

Pegasus Plus Turbo

The shoes are light, very light. The heel is well supported and cushioned. For foot runners won’t feel any support, as in my case. I felt, the cushion and return is not effective as expected on for foot or mid foot, when running. The upper mesh is obstructed by the stripes preventing ventilation. I felt very hot in these on a cool day, so another thing to bear in mind. For the price range, not good at all. This is not for me, I returned them.
