My Second Pair, Shame On Me.

I bought an exact pair of these shoes last summer and wore them out hiking and walking so much so they started hurting my feet. I think the air depleted in them or the soles were worn. I loved the shoes to that point so I bought another pair. The new pair is doing the same thing. They squeak when I walk and run not to mention they are killing my feet. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus shoes for years and this is the first two pairs of trail running shoes I’ve purchased. I will not buy another pair of these online. I will definitely try them on in the store first before buying. I do like that they are gortex which makes them great for camping and hiking/running trails.

Horrible Fit And Poor Quality. They Ruined A Previously Great Model.

I had the pegasus trail 4 and loved them, but these are so uncomfortable and worse feeling in every way. They press on the top of your foot and cause pain and irritation no matter how loose the laces are, and then despite being incredibly tight on the top of your foot, the heel is loose and sloppy, sliding around all over the place. The worst pair of shoes I've ever purchased. They feel very cheapie compared to past models of this shoe as well. Majorly disappointed!

Huge Departure From The 3s And 4s

Huge departure from the 3s and 4s. My heel did not feel secure in this shoe, like it was going to pop out with every step. Not sure why these were made so differently and for less rugged terrain. Bummer after wearing the last two series for years

Not A Running Shoe

Very tight across the top of the shoe. Used many times for trail runs - NOT WATERPROOF. Look elsewhere for trail shoes. If you just like trail shoes for going to overpriced coffee shops. This might be for you.
