I Love Nike Lifting Shorts

I'm a huge fan of all of the Nike Flex shorts and have several pair of each type. The fabric is relatively lightweight, but extremely durable and dries fast. Think of jersey strength, but with much more stretch for movement, and a thin, tight knit fabric that does hold much moisture. It's really the best fabric I've worn for workout shorts. The pockets are plenty large enough for a large phone and keys.

My son’s favorite shorts. He’s on his third pair. Love the zippered pockets. Only negative is the leg slit tore on one of the pairs.
