Neck Too Loose

I am returning this Nike mock turtleneck. I have bought three of these in the past and they were great. They had a heavier, better quality fabric and better fit. This new one is too loose in the neck, too tight in the arms and a lighter, poor quality fabric. I am going to try Under Armor next.
