Stiff Shoe

After years of using Brooks Adrenaline and Hoka Arahi, I decided to give the Structure a try again. And just like before, I developed heel pain after a few runs on the treadmill. The sole is stiff and there was not much cushioning. I would not recommend this shoe for stability runners.

I’ve been running in Structures for many versions. I like this current version. I like them for the heel and stability it provides. I’ve read other reviews talk about them being heavy and being tight on the top. Both may be true but I don’t mind.
