Coming Apart After First No Pads/no Tackle Practice

Bought for my son and he wore them to his first practice yesterday and they are coming undone. There's a hole above the toes and the bottoms of the are noticeably detaching. Not interested in seeing what they would look like after an actual practice, nevermind a game.
