Incomplete Item, Worst Service Ever
I ordered the product to be delivered and get the price you guys have it listed because they couldn’t honor it at the store at the moment. I received the item incomplete and had to bring it to the store to get the missing part. Unwilling to get what I needed. You guys offered another product and for me pay the full amount instead. Realize you over charge at the store since the replacement item offered was $40 less on your own website. Had to returned the item due to careless and awful experience with your service including 2 supervisors.

Poor Quality And Warranty
My son used this for one season with no issues (four months of use). First practice of the second season the bicep pad tears away from the chest protector. I figured Nike would replace it via warranty, except for the fact that Nike lacrosse is manufactured by STX and their warranty period is 30 days so they won't replace it. Garbage product and replacement policy, especially considering the cost.
