Comfort

I run and play basketball and these are great for both

A Mid Running Shoe, Great Walking Shoe

A very comfortable upper that is plush with padding in the right areas. However it is not the most breathable and held a lot of moisture while running. The midsole is a stable and firmer compound. It’s not the most responsive but a comfortable shoe to go out for easy 30-45 minute runs. Very comfortable walking shoe! The paint on the all black pair I have chipped and cracked off after a few runs. Beware!

I don’t like to spend so much on shoes but these are well worth it. Comfortable !!

First Bad Experience In Years

Hello, I am reaching out because my recent experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods has been extremely disappointing, and I need this issue corrected immediately. I received the wrong shoe, in the wrong color, and the pair sent to me was used. When I called customer service for help, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and ultimately provided no solution. He repeatedly told me to return the item in-store - even after I made it clear that the nearest Dick’s location is over 90 minutes from my home. I work full-time, and making a three-hour round trip is not a reasonable expectation, especially when the error was on Dick’s end. To make matters worse, this order was meant to be a gift, and now it will be delayed because of this mistake. The representative’s tone was unhelpful, and I could even hear roosters crowing in the background, which added to how unprofessional the interaction felt. I am requesting: 1. A prepaid return label for the incorrect/used shoes. 2. A replacement shipment of the correct shoes I originally ordered, sent out immediately. 3. Assurance that this situation is handled properly, given the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. I am a long-time customer and expect a much higher level of service and professionalism.
