Excellent Shoes For Progression And Easy Runs

These have a soft, pillowy ride without being overly slow. They are a bit heavy so it's not best for any speed work or intervals. However, the Vomero Plus is excellent for those easy recovery runs up to some tempo.

Springy

I have not purchased a pair of Nikes for about 10 years. When I put these on I felt my feet mold into the shoe. Your feet will thank you for incasing them in a soft pillow like atmosphere that screams total comfort.
