Excellent Stability And Comfort On Hard Courts

These shoes are extremely stable and comfortable on hard courts. Great lateral support during quick movements and they feel secure without being too heavy. Cushioning is solid for long matches and practice sessions. Definitely one of the best tennis shoes I’ve used.

Lacing Failure

very comfortable but lace system broke/failed on two consecutive pairs

Comfortable Shoes But Has Manufacturing Issues

These shoes look great and are super comfortable. However, the design of the shoes (i.e., the ribbon style lace retention mechanism / eyelets) is prone to failing. This has happened to me with 3 pairs of GP Challenger 1.5's, where I tighten the shoes and wear them, and over time the ribbon / strap becomes frayed and detaches from the stitching which results in the laces not being able to provide a secure fit. first pair lasted 1.5 months (see first image), and second pair lasted 2 days (see second image). For premium priced shoes, this is unacceptable.

Stability + Comfort

Very stable lateral movement, and they look great.
