The shin guards do the job, but the sleeves that come with unraveled around the elastic the first time my daughter put them on and we purchased the size for her height.

Great Shin Guard, Horrible Sleeve
The shin guard themselves are very durable and breathable. However, the sleeve is crap and tore the first day when my son was putting them on. I had to purchase a different set of sleeves by a different company because these are so poorly made

The Good And Bad
My older son loves these. Says they r very comfortable and he likes how wide they are. He has thick calves/shins and likes how they dont curve very much. However, my younger son did not like them at all. He said they hurt bc they r too hard. He has very skinny legs and prefers the shin guards that cure more.
