Never Received My Refund

The first pair I purchased online were too small so I went to the store to exchange. They didn’t have the size we needed so I placed a second order online. Expecting a refund for the first order, never received and got the complete runaround from corporate and the store. I usually like ordering from Dicks but poor service and no refund received, is making me not order from them again.
