We ordered both the academy and club version and my daughter preferred the club version.

Happy with purchase. Comfortable football boots. Suggest buying whole size up as on the narrow side. Would recommend.

My son is wearing theae fir club and middle school soccer. He likes them a lot. Clean design. Absolutely no issues right out of the box. Zero blisters. No complaints and the price was reasonable.

These run supppppeeerrrrr small. My daughter typically wears a 7 or 7.5 in women's, she's 11. I ordered an 8 just to be on the safe side and her toes were at the very tip. I then ordered a 9 and she barely has room for socks to fit comfortably. She loves the design and color but unfortunately just not a good fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Get out of the box it has a nice sleek purple that pops right after for eye - dynamic looks a bit like Seahawk and deserves to be on skinny feet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Mercurial Vapor 16 Soccer Cleats are a classic, go to cleat. Especially for the price point, it is a great cleat. If you enjoy a snug fit, I would recommend true to size. If you are looking for a little wiggle room I would recommend sizing half a size up. I ordered true to size and once broken in, they were perfect. The cleats are nice and light-weight and have detail on top for increased ball control. I love the color-way as its gets attention but isn't obnoxious. I've worn them on turf, grass, and in wet conditions and they proved to be a great cleat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Mercurial Vapor 16s are high-quality, molded soccer cleats. They’re great for the soccer player looking for a tangible step up in quality and performance of their game. The construction is lightweight and provides great feel and control of the ball, enhanced by deliberate stitching and added material construct. They fit quite snugly, and require a bit of effort to get on and off, but on the field, they’re great. The loud color way is also a nice showstopper / attention grabber on the pitch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Academy 16 combines comfort with style to bring a boot made for everyone. The zoom air technology is felt in every step and take off. The stud pattern is also great for any type of field. I’ve used these on turf, muddy fields, and firm ground. The slim and snug fit of these boots means that if you want a little room, going a half size up should be perfect. The Nike United style does a great job highlighting women soccer players while still being a clean and fun colorway. Overall this shoe is a snug fitting comfort ride for a player that likes to take off and feel cushion in every step and stride.

This boot is narrow, fine in length; sadly had to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boot is built for speed, precision, and total control on the ball. Its lightweight design makes it feel like an extension of your foot, allowing for explosive acceleration and quick changes in direction. The upper enhances touch and feel, giving you confidence whether dribbling, passing, or striking. It’s the perfect boot for players who demand agility and a commanding presence on the pitch. One thing to note is that they run small, so I highly recommend going a full size up for the best fit. As you break them in, they mold perfectly to your feet, making room for any ankle support or taping you might need. Once settled, they deliver a snug, locked-in feel that keeps you comfortable and supported throughout every match. Whether you’re playing casually or pushing the pace in a competitive game, these boots are a solid choice for everyday play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Mercurial Vapor 16 Academy MG Low-Top Soccer Cleats are a great pari of soccer shoes. The Mercurial Vapor 16 run small so might want to size up half a shoe size. Most of the tightness is around the toe box. The sole and the heel feel good. The heel is decently cushioned but I think it can do with a bit more cushion. I like the overall design of the shoe. The color scheme is cool. I appreciate that it is not overly neon. The violet base color makes it stand out but it is not obnoxious. As stated above, the toe box feels tight so I think making a bit bigger would help this shoe fit more true to size. The fabrics used feel durable and like I am going to be able to use these use for a long time without them staring to separate where the sole meets the cleat. The outsole is quite sturdy and I felt that it assisted with my acceleration, especially when changing direction or making sharp turns. These shoes are definitely a shoe for a striker. They are particularly good when executing a knuckleball. I play center mid and I don't think the Vapors help with the proper ball control. Overall, after using them for a few matches and practice sessions I think they are good pair of cleats to own. However, I think you should explore other options or sizes before committing to these. I really like the color scheme of the shoe and sturdiness of the outsole. What I didn't like was how long it was taking to break in the shoes because they are such a tight fit. If they are made more breathable or not as snug I think I would give the Nike Mercurial Vapor 16 Academy MG Low-Top Soccer Cleats the five starts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight out of the box, it is very apparent that there is no nonsense with this pair of cleats. The mesh upper makes for a comfortable fit, while being thin enough to provide a decent feel for the ball while playing. The sizing is spot on; wearing my typical size 10 (US Men’s) wrapped my feet almost perfectly with no excess in extra volume inside the cleat. The traction works reasonably well in both dry grass and mud while I was using these. They claim to be MG (multi-ground) for use on artificial grass and though I suppose they work there, this is not a pair of shoes I would purchase for any dedicated use on that surface. If you play mostly on artificial grass and the like, I would instead opt for the “AG” version, which would be overall safer and better performing for such a use case. This particular color for the Vapor 16 is not my favorite. On this particular upper, the light purple has a very pastel look, which is just not my cup of tea. The accents, however, look great. The multi shaded purple pattern towards the heel adds an interesting touch, while the yellow highlights contrast well with the purple bases. I think the shoe would have looked better if the light and dark purples had been switched, but it is not ugly by any stretch of the imagination in its current state. I simply believe there are other colors available in this same model that are visually superior, but that of course comes down to personal preference. Overall, this pair of Vapor 16 Academy cleats provide sufficient quality and performance in a lower price bracket, making them a decent value for what they are.
