Worst Customer Experience I’ve Had.

I would give 0 stars as my order was shipping from Dicks to an address I don’t not live at. I even reached out to Dicks customer service before the item shipped and asked if they could cancel the order or update the address and they said they can’t help me. This is not a clean company, after spending thousands here over the years, the wouldn’t cancel or ship my order to the correct address and now someone kept the item I paid for. I will be on a social media campaign to spread awareness and hopefully may impact some of Dicks Sporting good earnings. Absolutely terrible customer service.
