The Vapor 17 Elite is unbelievably light. Made with Nike’s lightest tech ever, it unleashes blinding quickness with its FlyLite plate and feathery Atomknit upper. That agile pairing sets you up to win in tight spaces, while its bladed traction pattern powers every sharp pivot and cut.

Don’t have a very secure fit, insoles come away after 3/4 games wear resulting in feet slipping. Do not feel as comfortable at the Vapor 16, shame they changed the design as the 16 was designed perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought these cleats were fantastic!! Very well built, very clean looking and overall a great cleat and that’s coming from someone who basically wore soccer cleats everyday growing up! I love these cleats and their design! The only thing i would suggest is a tad more ankle sport especially for those who are just lacing up for a street pick up game with little rules and not so great fields but other than that, these cleats are fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleat is super lightweight! Shockingly so for how responsive they are. The fit is runs narrow but otherwise feels good on the foot. They grip the turf really well and kept me quick on my feet. I wish the fabric was a little more breathable but otherwise it does feel high quality and like it will last a while.

The Nike Mercurial Vapor 17 is incredibly lightweight and feels fast the moment you put it on. The new AtomKnit upper provides a close, barefoot-like touch, while the sole plate could use better traction and lockdown. The fit is snug and responsive, making it ideal for pacey attackers and wingers. The only downsides are the premium price and that some players may need time to adjust to the tighter fit. Overall, one of the best speed boots available right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are truly so light! Out of the box they didn't require any breaking in. It feels like there is nothing on your feet. But I have high arches and while I prefer a tight shoe these were very tight. I normally wear 2 socks while I play but I was only able to wear one with these. I feel like I should have sized up a half size. While I was playing they were comfortable but they were so light I almost felt like I wasn't wearing shoes. The feel of direct raw touch to the ball is going to take getting used to. I need a few more games to really get comfortable with these boots but the look and feel of them is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Mercurial Vapor cleats came with a a really clean design and colors. I loved the low profile of the fabric over the mouth of the shoes. The green and black colors really pop with my favorite touch being the clear bottoms. The fit is exactly what I would expect from a Nike cleats, it is a narrower feel that some other brands. This is definitely something to keep in mind for the sizing. I don't ever use wide soles and they felt a little narrow for me. The contour to the top of the foot feels great and I make good contact on the ball when playing. My favorite feature is definitely the style. If I could change one thing it would be to have a wide sole version of this shoe since it checks every other box for me. I wouldn't knock it any stars for the size since that is what I expect on Nike cleats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last time I tried a pair of Vapors, I literally couldn't get my feet in them. Nike recommended some esoteric breaking in protocols, but they just didn't work for me. So I wasn't too confident that these would be any better. Boy was I wrong. When they first arrived, I thought there must be some sort of mistake. No box that light could actually contain a pair of shoes. The box was so light it felt as antigravity. They floated out of the box; I didn't have to lift them. The spell didn't fade as I slipped them onto my feet - I felt as if I could run 1000 miles at light speed; I felt like I hovered. When vapors first came out, they were known for their lightness. I knew that would remain the case. But now they're just light, they're comfortable. I haven't had a single blister, which amazes me. They are also quite cool on the foot, which may help fight off the moisture and blisters. I love wearing them. Now, soccer boots are not just for the foot feel; they have a job to do. Nike has found a way to make this a functional pair of boots with the bit of texture they've added to the synthetic upper. I was able to get as much bend and whip on my shots and passes as I can with...ummm...my other non-Nike boots. The fit was true to size and not at all uncomfortable. I'd wear them to the office if I could get away with it. Buy and have no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boot fit well and performed exceptionally well. They could have been sized up slightly, but overall, they were a great fit. The design was simple and classic, featuring all black boot with a green check. The material of the boot was excellent, and they have held up well during my soccer matches. They are both comfortable and durable. I appreciate the quality of the boot, and the bag that came with them was very useful when traveling with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the lightest cleats I've ever worn. I joked about now understanding why the World Cup players would act like they were hurt when someone stepped on their feet - these cleats are so light they feel like you're not wearing anything and it probably would hurt to get stepped on hah! Just with any cleats, they definitely need to be broken in as they are the typical stiffness at first. The low ankle is great for full ankle mobility without any rubbing or restrictions. Since they are so lightweight, they dont have a lot of cushion so if you are looking for that these probably aren't ideal. The laces were comfortable and they seem like they will hold up well with use. Overall, I would recommend them if you prioritize light cleats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically wear a size 10.5 or 11 women’s cleat. Unfortunately the size 11 in these cleats runs small - they are especially narrow. I wish they fit because they look great. They are extremely lightweight. I like the idea of the sock-like fit, but unfortunately they were just too tight for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking for your next pair of cleats? Look no further! The Nike Mercurial Vapor 17 Elite Firm-Ground Low-Top Soccer Cleats are hands down one of my favorite pairs I’ve worn. Right out of the box, these cleats make a statement. The neon green and black colorway looks even better in person, and the sleek design gives them an Elite look. Nike even includes a matching cleat bag, which was a nice bonus and a cool touch. The first thing I noticed once I put them on was how incredibly lightweight they are. They honestly feel like an extension of your foot!! The Atomknit upper wraps your foot like a glove while adding just enough texture for extra grip on the ball, making touches feel controlled and natural. If I had one complaint, it’s that the Atomknit upper makes these run a little small. I ordered my normal size, and they fit JUST RIGHT. I think they’ll loosen up a bit as they break in, but if you like a little extra room in your cleats, I’d recommend going up a half size. They’re also definitely on the narrower side. I personally love a snug-fitting cleat and have narrow feet, so the fit is perfect for me. If you have wider feet, you may want to consider a different model. Another standout feature is the FlyLite plate. It keeps the cleats feeling unbelievably light whether you’re training, practicing, conditioning, or playing a full match. They never feel like they’re weighing you down, which is exactly what you want from a speed cleat. As both a soccer mom and a player, I spend a lot of time on the field, whether I’m training with my daughter or playing myself. I find myself reaching for these every chance I get. They’re comfortable, supportive, and perform just as well as they look. If you’re looking for a lightweight, speed-focused cleat and have a narrow foot, I highly recommend giving the Vapor 17 Elites a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
