The strap is like a bookbag strap so you can put it over your shoulder or crossbody type. On the front I like how it looks like a kangaroo pocket with a small zipper on top and on the back it has that hole where you can put your carryon luggage handle through so the bag doesn’t fall off. Now the inside is brilliant with 2 bottle holders, one on each end of the bag for your water bottle or drink. Has plenty of storage and zipper pockets for your wallet, money, cards etc. Very spacious and very comfortable. Really enjoy this bag when I’m out and about with my kid or even just going to the gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re someone who constantly moves between the office, the gym, and the airport, the Nike One Tote is easily one of the most functional bags you can own. Its biggest secret weapon is the trolley sleeve on the back; it slides perfectly over a suitcase handle, which is a total lifesaver for navigating terminals without a bag constantly slipping off your shoulder. The pros are definitely the aesthetics and the layout. It looks professional enough for a corporate setting, but the interior is rugged enough for gym gear, featuring a padded laptop sleeve, a front elastic bungee cord specifically designed to hold a yoga mat or a bulky towel, and mesh pockets that keep your life organized. On the cons side, the top zipper doesn't extend the full length of the bag, that makes it a bit of a chore to shove in larger items like hoodie or sneakers. It also lacks a rigid base, so it won’t stand up on its own unless it's perfectly balanced. However, for a 25L bag that handles travel and daily commutes with equal grace, it’s hard to beat the versatility.

The Perfect Work Bag!
Obsessed with this bag!! I have to walk a lot around campus for meetings and this holds everything comfortably. There is a spot inside to hold your water bottle, a padded pocket for a laptop, compartments for a planner/pens/mouse. It also fits my ginormous ergo keyboard. I can also hold essentials like a small wallet and my keyes in a zippered pocket on the outside. Also love that it can serve as a carry on bag for travel.

Your intended purpose will determine if you like this bag. It is definitely good for work, as a type of briefcase. It's also good for an over-nighter if you only need to pack one day's worth of clothes and such. Maybe two days, depending upon what you need to pack. My two issues: a) the body is narrow and the fabric is not flexible enough to allow it to expand any wider, and b) the zipper opening is too narrow. I had to pack for multiple layers since the weather was going to range from cold to warm - a 20-degree difference across the day. After getting clothes in, I really couldn't get anything else in either the main compartment and nor the outside pockets. Getting the last bit of clothes in was a bit of a struggle since the zipper doesn't allow the bag to fully open. I had to push clothes to the left and right to make room in the middle. Also, the bag will not stand open upright on its own due to how narrow it is. I do like that the bag is water-resistant and I like the padded strap. It would be more functional if I had to pack fewer clothes. The number and type of pockets are great when you have enough room.
