[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't get my foot in the cleat to even fully try it on. It was my size. I also previously had success with the same phantom cleats but those were low. So I will say that I am confused and disappointed by the sizing. With that being said, I did give them to somebody who is about 1 or 2 sizes smaller, and he loves them. I asked about the performance and feel, and he said they are comfortable, especially around the heels, and feel far superior to standard cleats, that moving forward he'd make sure to invest in designs such as the Phantom 6 high. He had mentioned his ankles feel a bit sweaty but the trade off of feeling extra stability was worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phantom 6 High Academy FG/MG is the lowest-tier model in the Phantom 6 line. Although it provides basic functionality for casual or beginner players, it falls short in several important areas. Its high-cut collar offers minimal ankle security, but the overall construction lacks the responsiveness and precision needed for competitive play. The synthetic textured upper delivers limited ball control, feeling stiff and unrefined compared to the higher-tier model, and it does not conform well to the foot. While the FG/MG plate is suitable for both firm ground and artificial surfaces, its traction and stability are noticeably underwhelming, especially during fast-paced movement. Comfort and durability also present issues: although the cleat breaks in quickly, it offers little support, and its materials tend to wear down faster than expected. Overall, the Phantom 6 High Academy FG/MG is a budget-friendly option. Still, its low-tier build, weak performance, and reduced longevity make it a poor choice for serious athletes seeking quality and reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve put a good amount of time in these cleats now, and I’m honestly really impressed. The fit hit the sweet spot for me—snug enough to feel locked-in when I’m cutting or accelerating, but not tight in a way that causes pressure points. The heel stays secure, and the upper molds to the foot after just a couple sessions, so they start feeling broken-in pretty quickly. The design is one of my favorite parts. They look sharp without being too flashy, and the shaping around the ankle gives good support without feeling stiff or restricting. The overall silhouette feels fast, and the grip pattern gives solid traction on both firm ground and multi-ground surfaces. The fabric/upper is light but still feels durable. The texture on the upper gives a nice touch on the ball, especially when receiving or placing passes. Even after several practices, the material hasn't stretched out or softened in a way that changes the fit—just enough to make them comfortable. What I liked most was the balance: they feel supportive but still lightweight, and they move naturally with your foot. If I could change one thing, it would be adding just a bit more cushioning under the insole for long training sessions, but it’s minor and didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed wearing them. Overall, these quickly became my go-to cleats. They fit well, perform well, look great, and held up better than I expected. I’d absolutely keep using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleats are very comfortable and help’s me have good control of the ball. The mesh like construction of the shoe makes it also comfortable to wear. Only downside is the high top is a bit hard to put on and off the cleats One downside is the toe area is a bit tight so best to size half up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these cleats! The tight sock-like design hugs your ankle perfectly, giving a secure, locked-in feel without being restrictive. My favorite feature is the memory foam ankle padding. It makes the cleat incredibly comfortable and adds extra support where it matters most. On top of that, they’re super lightweight, which makes moving, cutting, and changing direction feel effortless. If you’re looking for a cleat that combines comfort, stability, and performance, the Phantom 6 High Acad FG/MG is a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son plays soccer on a local league in our hometown. These are his favorite cleats he's ever worn! The fabric is very breathable and the sizing fits like a glove. The fit and feel is unlike other cleats he's worn for games. He is able to run across the field swiftly during games which is important for picking out good cleats. The fabric is made of good quality and it durable for this type of sport. The design is sleek and goes well with almost any jersey. I would recommend these cleats to any one looking for a well made, comfortable pair of cleats for team sports. These will always be our go to cleats going forward!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best looking cleats I have ever owned, the Nike Phantom 6 High Academy is a great, versatile addition to the kit bag. The shorter studs grip well enough for natural grass but have good release even on shorter artificial surfaces. The fabric is comfortable, easy to clean, and stands up well to the beating that turf delivers. The material is form fitting and takes a bit longer to break in but even then these cleats run small and you may want to bump up a half size. Snug as they were, though, they were easy enough to get on and the high top was not constricting at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was much tighter than expected, I normally like a tight boot but this was a bit too tight. There's more padding in the toe box than I'm used to and that seems to squeeze a bit tight. Padding around the heel is a bit much as well and I could easily get some blisters during breakin period. I'd be tempted to try a size up as that may address all this. Leaving the for aside, the touch was surprisingly good to a takedown. There is more grip on the ball than I was used to (no bad at all, just different) and the strike on the ball is pretty clean. I appreciated having access to the laces, this gave me good adjustment over the top of the foot. The soleplate seems responsive and steady on AG but I'm less confident on grass. I prefer more aggressive stuff patterns but this felt ok. The upper materials are a pleasing quality. Everything is seamless and nothing appears superficially placed. If we were to cut down on the padding in the toe box and heel these would be a standout surprise, however I realize the target audience is probably looking for comfort and has no issue going up a half size.
