I got these cleats and they fit like a glove. The texture is sooo nice on the top. now theses are the only cleats i will ever where

I had the white and black and pink ones before from the previous shoe and lived them. The tread on the firm grounds wore down so I bought the all black ones. I’ve had them for quite a while and cannot get them broken in. I play twice a week and also coach 4 days a week. I’m in the constantly. For some reason these ones will not break in and are very uncomfortable (especially considering the previous series was my fav boot in a decade).

The transition on the back of the heal from cleat to ankle guard is not well done. There’s a hard transition. It’s like a cardboard/leathery material and it slices up the back of my heals and ankles something awe full. Can’t wear shoe more then 15 minutes before it’s unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me say it’s been decades since I’ve been on a pitch so take it for what you will but here we go. I’m not going to lie I really looked at these boots and questioned if they would actually fit, however after a few minutes of struggle lol I was able to have success. Very first thing I noticed about the Nike Phantom was the secure fit felt from my foot throughout my heel. It definitely presented me that false confidence that I could get back out there and scored at least a brace jk more like to last more than five minutes of running around. The look of the Nike Phantom is sick bruv! I can’t help that the all black with the silver and gold nike symbol has me ready to dust off my decades long absence and start with a few pickup games real soon. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure, I am an avid runner that occasionally plays soccer. While I have always been very picky about my running shoes, I never paid much attention to my soccer cleats. However, after trying the Phantom GT2 Elite, I will not buy just any soccer shoes again. It is not an exaggeration to say that I felt I was a slightly better player. Why? Well, the feel of the ball with these shoes is terrific. You really feel you have the ball in control. I am a clumsy player, so having a good feel of the ball is essential to me, or I start making too many mistakes. These shoes are the best I have worn when it comes to controlling and feeling the ball. Additionally, these shoes are really light, and I could sprint around the field easily on them–for the most part. And here is the one negative thing I have to say about these shoes, they are hard to break into. The material of the shoes is tough. This fact is not bad in itself since it seems they are durable, but it takes some time to feel comfortable in them. They felt a bit hard at the beginning, and while putting them on the first few times, I thought I was going to bend and break the heels of the shoes. Nevertheless, after wearing them a couple of times, I started to feel comfortable in them. Once you break into these shoes, they snug tightly and comfortably around your foot. For me, this is what makes them great for controlling and feeling the ball. One final thing, the dynamic fit sock is great. I struggle with unstable ankles, and I fear I will sprain my ankle every time I wear soccer cleats. But this time, it was different. The dynamic fit sock makes you feel more stable, and after a couple of minutes, I was no longer worried about my ankles. I could focus on running and dribbling without worrying too much–or at all–about my ankles. All in all, they are the best soccer shoes I have ever had. They are hard to break into, but once you do that, they are great. Hopefully, they do not feel as hard in future iterations. I highly recommend them if you like to feel the ball. I guess my only problem now is that I will not settle for just any soccer shoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I LOVE a snug fit cleat. It feels secure and sturdy to me. This shoe is definitely snug - but also runs a bit small. I am almost always a consistent size, and I needed a half size bigger in these. I've never had a cleat with the extended ankle sock/support. I absolutely love it. I thought it was just going to be a flimsy piece of fabric that really served no purpose. It fits tight around the ankle adding support and a slight cushion. The shoe is also fierce looking. I've always liked more basic colors for my cleats - but these cleats, even in black, catch the eye and add some style. I'm here for it. I wouldn't change anything about these cleats - I love them. Just make sure you get the right size!

The cleats fit true to size but remain comfortable while performing various activities. I used my cleats for running on the field and doing soccer handling drills. The cleats were beyond durable and comfortable throughout workouts. I have bought a pair for my niece due to the comfort level. If you are looking for a cleat that is comfortable and can help you perform at your full potential, this is definitely the ONE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats are excellent. After a painful ankle roll I really started paying more attention to the quality of the shoes I wear. I’m no spring chicken anymore and being a mom can’t be put on hold if I get hurt playing soccer for fun, I need sturdy cleats with reliable support and these are perfect. I wore them to practice to break them in but it wasn’t needed, they were ready to go and felt made for me as soon as I put them on. They were true to size and felt great all around with the thicker socks I prefer for soccer. I recommend these to everyone, excellent support yet so light and ready to go fast and hard right out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nike Phantom GT2 Elite FG is an appealing cleat, the design color (black/gold) is unique and a showstopper. The GT2 Elite has a futuristic look and feel. Light as a feather and perfect for soccer and running. Coming from a big soccer family cleats are essential to playing and winning, these cleats make me feel like a winner even before putting them on. I usually go with bright colors for cleats to stand out, but the black and gold trim are a true threat on the field. The only suggestion was that the cleat runs very narrow and I had a hard time putting them on, with a slightly wider fore foot. Once they were on though, game on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Historically I had been a devoted mercurial purchaser but decided to give the phantom series a try and have been very impressed. They are incredibly lightweight but still have enough heft to maintain a good feel for the ball. They were easy to break in and to date haven’t given me any issues (blisters, etc). The only point to be aware of is the sizing seems to be different from other Nike cleats - I have historically worn a size 9 and the size 8.5 of this cleat was the same size when out side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was small and probably need to go up 2 sizes because I have wide feet and its definitely a narrow fit. I loved the design though and wouldn't change anything about it. I especially liked that it had a elastic cuff on the ankle and would still recommend trying this cleat. Only things I would change is the sizing and wish they had an option for wide sizes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these cleats even more than I anticipated! They fit like a glove and are so comfortable. I could probably even play with my shoe untied and it wouldn’t fall off! They look like the classic black Nike cleat, but with a modern upgrade! The grippy texture helps this washed up college athlete keep her touches close. I would recommend this cleat to anyone looking for a lightweight, comfortable cleat! It’s my favorite cleat I’ve probably ever had!

The cleats didn't feel very comfortable, they were a bit too stiff. Which also made the shoes difficult to put on. I think they probably just need time to break in. They have great traction in the grass and are really stable to run in. Though they do squeeze more than is comfortable. My feet don't feel quite normal kicking the ball around. I think in a size bigger than my usual size would be better. But they're great for a short while playing soccer around with my kids. A great looking shoe for sure, just not great feeling. Does the job, but not the best job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Phantom GT2 Elite FG are any soccer players dream shoe, a beautiful shoe that has a classic style but yet futuristic look to them. The fit and feel of the shoe can't be compared to many out there and I've played soccer my whole life. The shoe has a snug fit that hugs the whole foot and they feel very light almost to the point were you don't really feel like you're wearing cleats. The design of the shoe makes it really stand out, with little grip implants around the whole shoe that allow for greater ball control and a compression band around the ankle part of the shoe which gives it an increased sense of balance and stability. What I most liked about the shoe was the overall design combination of grip and lightness which allows for greater mobility and control while dribbling a ball which is very important when playing the game. The only thing I would change is maybe adjusting the band around the ankle so it's not as hard when putting the shoe on, but I assume it loses tightness after the cleats have been properly broken in. Overall its a great shoe for soccer lovers that enjoy enhanced control when playing the beautiful game.
