Really Impressive Ball Control And Quality Of Materials.

We have been using Nike Academy level boots for my son for a few years as the Nike range fits him best. We have decided to take a step up in the quality of the boots and these really are impressive. He's had a couple of training sessions and one game and quite honestly, he is overjoyed with the boots. He is a baller, loving close up and technical skills and these boots are providing a distinct improvement in ball control. A joy to watch. he plays left wing and is also loving the greater control when shooting and taking corners. The price point means they should be good, and fortunately they are. We have discovered the Elite range is comes up smaller than the Academy range, so we ended up a full size large in these than we expected (started with 5, then 5.5 and settled on the 6). The higher quality of materials is evident in the snug fit, tacky feeling of the "control features" on the front of the boots, how the main material of the boot just becomes the smaller elastic area under the laces (whereas in the lower range boots there is a seam at the end of the main boot's material and then that is stitched to the wider elastic section). My son even thinks he can tell that the stud design is providing him more grip. All in all, we couldn't be happier and hope to keep finding these on sale near the end of each season.

Cleats Break Too Easily

Have bought our son 2 pairs of these GX2 Elites in different color ways. Both had cleats snap off where they transition colors after 2-3 months of training and games on turf. Terrible design/quality for a shoe this expensive.

Good For Wider Feet And Higher Arches.

For years I have struggled finding boots that would fit my feet. I have a wider foot along with a higher arch. This cleat fits both of these profiles.

Nike United Phantom Gx 2 Elite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats are the best in Nike technology and you can tell once you lace them up. The shoe was a little tight when I first put them on but after wearing them a few times, they molded to my feet perfectly. It didn’t take much time to break in like traditional cleats. The color way is my favorite part of these cleats as I would never thought I would like those colors on a cleat. The heel support is superb and made me feel secure when making those sudden cuts and change in momentum. They are super lightweight and feel as if you are running around barefoot. I would not change anything about these cleats because they have so much character. I would highly recommend owning a pair of these cleats if you don’t already have a pair!

Elite Performance With Style!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats are a game-changer with top-notch build quality and a snug, comfortable fit that enhances agility. Its sleek, modern design stands out, while the excellent grip and responsiveness provide full control on the field. The textured upper ensures precise ball touch and even after intense gameplay, there’s no discomfort or pressure points. The balance between durability, performance and style—perfect for serious players!

Phantom United Cleats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleats have a comfortable feel with the cushion around the heel and ankle area. Stylish and slick look without compromising comfort. True to size and allows for agility.

Phenomenal All Around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top tier boot. It fits true to size from heel to toe and feels like an extension of my foot. I feel like I’m able to cut and move laterally better in this boot than any other. The material provides a great touch on the ball. I see this being a very durable product—the only downside would be cleaning the fabric after playing on a muddy field. Otherwise, the design and look of the shoe is great. I will likely order another pair of these in a darker color that won’t show dirt so I can pick the pair I wear based on the weather. This boot is top notch is style and performance!

Great Pair Of Boots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been needing a new pair of boots for a while now and I’m so glad I got these! The unboxing was everything was everything I could have asked for. They included a bag and a sticker which was a nice touch. The boots are designed beautifully I love the color way which is sure to stand out on the field. They are extremely comfortable and have a good hugging fit throughout. The positioning of the cleats are great and work on multiple surfaces. I have used these on turf and grass and they had great traction on both. Its also very important to me to have a more light weight boots and these passed the test while providing great comfort!

Spin Cycle Sticky Bomb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats impressed me out of the box with the uppers design alone. Different zones with varying textures provide different grip sensations when trapping the ball and striking vs dribbling with pace. What makes these cleats so unique is the combination of this interesting upper and their innovative stud pattern. I have had mercurials almost my entire life and this traction system feels completely different. The phantom GX is Made for smooth movements, bending runs, spins and twists on the ball rather than razor sharp cuts and sprints down the line like a mercurial. I have never had a clear that was so comfortable to do 360 spins/ maradonas/ windshield wipers whatever you want to call twisting your body in reverse in an entirely different direction than your previous trajectory. What’s interesting is that in making this circular spinning traction system, Nike has created a new pattern that is simply and utterly the best for controlling the ball with the bottom of your studs whether it is roll overs, cap turns or basketball like bounce touches, the little spin zone is a serious game changer that fought me by surprise. The upper is an interesting and unique design, I especially like the materials they used to add texture and grip without ruining a bare skin like feel. These zonal sensations are most apparent when striking the ball… the forefoot “bumpers” really help you whip the ball with any spin you like, side, top, etc. the collar is weird looking when you put them on and they may seem like they’d be uncomfortable but i forgot entirely about it whenever my feet began to move. I think I would prefer the hi top version of this (which I believe is called the Luna) but I usually like the high tops unless it is an all out speed cleat. Nonetheless Nike is thinking outside of the box with this one and I’m glad they are implementing different technologies to help elevate the way we play. The design of these is simply show stopping, cold enough for me to wear but cute enough for my lady to get a pair too. Nike knocked this clear out of the park. My only critique being an excess of material that tends to bend and fold when the foot moves naturally but once you extend your leg for a strike the material also resorts to its proper form. The upper material is so soft that it doesn’t create quite the lock down fit I’m used to, but they are still a great cleat and I look forward to trying them out in a game soon.

Exceeded My Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats are so good. The moment I opened the box I was shocked - the pictures online really do not to them justice. They are absolutely stunning, I almost didn’t want to use them they look so nice. The attention to detail was superb and the matching bag and sticker were a nice touch. When I put them on, I really fell in love. The shoes are so comfortable and fit like a glove. The backs of my heels are easily irritated, but these have lots of padding to prevent that from happening. I only play recreational soccer, but with these I feel like a professional! I haven’t been about to use them to play yet since there is snow on the ground where I live, but I can tell by their design it’s going to enhance my game. They are the most lightweight pair of cleats I own, which is really important to me. And I can tell by how well they fit that they’ll make it very easy to control the ball. These shoes don’t feel like cleats, they feel like an extension of my feet!

Comfort Much Better Than Others But Narrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cleats are very good looking. They feel really light and comfortable on your feet, which can help you move quickly and play well on the field. I like to wear mines a little more snug as that gives me better control over the ball and lets me make better turns and movements without worrying about it coming off or tweaking my ankle. However, it’s important to know that these cleats have a narrow design. This means that if you have wide feet, like myself, you might find them a bit too tight or uncomfortable, especially after playing for a long time. If your feet are on the narrow or average side, these cleats should work well for you. But if you have wider feet, you might want to try them on first or consider a different model that offers a roomier fit. I don't think going up half a size will work either. Overall, these cleats are a great choice if you like a stylish, comfortable design that helps with speed and control. Just keep in mind the narrow fit before buying.

Traction! Traction! Traction!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t express enough how these cleats provide so much traction. Better traction equals better performance. The quality leather and cool purple with neon green designs make it an automatic head turner. I’ve never been a fan of how cleats make your feet feel when grounded but with these cleats you feel exceptionally comfortable. Durability is key to a successful win and of course we want to WIN! That’s why it’s imperative to get these cleats so you can WIN! With the new season coming up I promise you all the scouter’s will have you at the top of there list with these remarkable cleats.

Nike United Phantom Gx 2 Elite Fg Low-top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Nike Phantoms GX 2 Elites is the perfect blend of comfort, support, performance and style all in one cleats! I love the immediate color pop of the Lavender/Light Purple and the hints of the neon green Nike Swooshes around the cleats. I love the design in and around the cleats. They are super light! The low top with the sock lining makes it very comfortable around the ankles. Now it requires an extra amount of effort to slide your feet into the cleats due to the sock lining and heels pads inside. These are size 9.5M and they are true to size. They have the right amount of tightness that hugs the whole foot and because of this it allows the natural feel and comfort of when touching and shooting the ball. I ran around in them for a couple hours and they are exceptionally comfortable. I normally get sore feet and little blisters with other soccer cleats, but these are the Nike Elites FG so they are built for comfort! I would recommend these cleats for all soccer players that want comfort, performance and style. The color combination will make you stand out.

Outstanding Soccer (Football) Boot, A Worthy Successor To The Much-loved Magista

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years, my go-to favorite soccer clear (football boot for the Europeans out there) was the Nike Magista Obra II. The touch and control with that was unmatched. For reasons unknown, Nike discontinued the much-loved Magista and tried - in vain - to replace it with the Phantom line (see the otherwise so-so Phantom Vision 1, Phantom Vision 2, Phantom GT, and Phantom GX 1). Until now. The Phantom GX 2 Elite is the first true worthy successor to the Magista line. The Nike Gripknit gives unparalleled grip on the ball, which really allows you to get extra spin on the ball and its soft-to-the-touch outer give a nice touch on the ball. As the highest end model in the Phantom line, this is a top performance boot and the quality shows. Nike soccer cleats come in four tiers - Elite at the very top end, which are the same models that professionals wear (although the elite pros in Europe get custom fitted boots, these are the same tier), followed by the Pro tier, then Academy tier, followed by the bottom-tier Club line. As you expect for this boot, because it's an Elite tier model, the quality of the materials is all top notch. The small details in the construction are outstanding. One important note: although it's the same boot line, the Elite FG model does run smaller than others. I wear the Phantom GX 2 Pro line with the turf sole when I play indoor (for turf (TF), Nike only has the Club, Academy, and Pro tiers) and originally purchased those in my usual 10.5 (the size I've worn in Mercurials, Magistas, and the Phantom Vision 2), but I found that my foot slid in my boot more than I liked (even with NikeGrip socks), so I went down to a size 10 and that was the perfect fit for the Phantom GX 2 Pro in turf. Figuring that because I was a 10 in the Phantom GX Pro 2 TF boots, I got this pair of Phantom GX 2 Elite FG cleats in a size 10 also. Obviously the Elite tier is made of higher quality material, which is likely the reason for the slight size discrepancy. In the Elite FG boot, the size 10 is a bit tight for my liking, so back to 10.5 it is for me. If you're playing in another pair of Phantom GX 2 boots, just be aware of the potential size discrepancy between the Elite and Pro tiers and/or between the TF boots and the FG boots. All-in-all, this has easily become one of my favorite soccer boots of all time. I'd love it more than the Magista Obra II if the knit collar was a bit higher on my ankle, but everything else about this boot is outstanding. Highly recommend this for a player who favors ball control, likes to ping passes cross-field, and needs something with a soft touch for good first-time control.

Phantom Gx 2 Elite Low

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best soccer cleats I have owned or used. I have used multiple styles of soccer cleats over the years and these cleats perform better than all of the others. The snug sock like design is both comfortable and feels very stable under foot. The grip knit design immediately increased ball control and accuracy. Beyond the high performance of these cleats, the overall look is great as well. Sleek with great color choices. I would say the fit is good, running true to size, but they do seem to be a bit more narrow than other Nike soccer cleats. I would 100% recommend these cleats.
