Way To Heavy To Golf With. Very Expensive Fix

Confused??? I love to golf but every time I use my brand new clubs to hit this “golf ball” I bend my clubs. Am I doing something wrong. Not sure why the golf ball is so big and heavy. Totally rated for golf…Oh well, maybe once the weather warms up and I hit a real golf ball it will pay off?(besides the cost of all new irons). Twice. To expensive to keep practicing with new irons!!!

Nike Recovery Ball

I have low back pain arthritic. So before I workout I use this to help relieve and stretch the tension. Plus I have tight hips and that helps with stretching before I run and play ball. It's temporary relief but it's a big help. The product is heavier and harder than the trigger point type but I use both I like this Nike one cuz it digs deep into area. You have to get use to it and sometimes just sitting there helps too not just rolling it. This product was recommended to me by a friend.
