In addition to running this is a great backpack for day trips & travel. Backpack is lightweight. Fits Nike Medium Dri-fit jacket, small umbrella and Yeti 26oz water bottle just fine with extra room still available for more items. Inside zipper pouch available for wallet etc.

Perfect Overnight Bag.
Bought this for an overnight trip to a resort, it will fit my iPad Pro 12.9 in back bottom pocket, pair of jeans, one jogging pants, 2 tshirts, underwear, socks-1/each, small container for chargers, iPad, phone, watch, my beanie hat and a small scarf, plus sandwich bag for 3 mini toiletries plus mini toothpaste and deodorant. The style is perfect for flying, it is as pictured, and measurements. If could change anything, the exterior fabric could be softer, but I simply love this bag.

Best Running Backpack Ever
This backpack is really comfortable to carry all the things you need it in a long run. I use it a lot for trail running races because it has a water compartment (around 2 liters) and you can hold the hose properly. the lower stripes attach to your waista and there you can put a pair or poles. Love it.
