Awesome Quilted Trench!

I really love how this item fit and how you can layer it. Comfortable, warm and perfect for cold weather. Would like to purchase more in different colors.

Extremely Odd Cut. Too Boxy Rather Than Just Oversized

I really wanted to love this coat. Despite the price, I was willing to buy it for the look. However it is so extremely boxy. I purchased a small knowing it was an oversized coat (I am typically a small-medium). The small size was fine for an oversized look however the cut resembled a man’s jacket. I felt like it looked like I took my boyfriend’s coat. It was not flattering at all and didn’t look like it was supposed to be cut for a woman to wear. Returning.

Poor Customer Service

This jacket went on sale in July and I couldn't not get two! I ordered two different colors that were on sale, on for for me and one for my mom. After waiting about 4-5 weeks and continuously checking the shipping status I decided to see what the hold up was. It said it was already shipped but stuck in WI...for weeks. One of the colors ended up being out of stock (I had to find this out on my own instead of being notified) and they were only able to send the one jacket that was in stock (black). I asked if they would be able to send two in black because of the inconvenience but no- it had to be whatever the original order was. If I had known the other color was out of stock I would have chosen two of the same. Really poor communication. If i didn't reach out would they have even completed my order? The jacket itself is super cute and recommend it.
