Wrong Item, Not What I Purchased

Was sent the wrong item, with no tag, I had to call customer service to get refunded. In the future if a product isn’t available, I would expect Dick’s to just cancel the order, the customer service agent was helpful but I was unable to get the correct item sent due to it being out of stock.
