Serves The Purpose

Works great, had an injury from NOT using a belt so made sure I got one. Only negative is if you have a shorter torso/long legs (I'm 5'10" and bought the large), it can rub on the hips & ribs if you don't have it on exactly right.

Size chart is useless. Followed the chart for a 36” pant size. Medium belt is way too small by about 8”

Velcro is quick and easy, i get leather, i get old school, i get the 300 belt with the 6 lb clamp that does nothing different. I got 40 bucks to roll and i want to drop a squat 300+ plus.
