The glove is not the same. They use synthetic leather instead of the soft leather piece. Wish they could go back to how they used to make them.

Second New Glove Ripped

I've always liked Nike golf gloves but for some reason, a second new Nike Tour Classic Glove tore at the left edge of my palm. I like to keep a new glove in my bag as a backup. Both times they tore at the same spot after I just opened the package and hit a few balls.

The leather feels thin around the palm area, so only time will tell before the glove eventually rips. Since the fit is pretty snugged, I do appreciate the added perforations around the entire glove for extra breathability. Putting it on and taking it off have been pretty easy, both of which are things I always look for when trying on golf gloves. Lastly, the velcro closure makes it easy for me to tailor my desired fit. Perfect Glove For Golf

The velcro is strong and nicely fitted. I love the design. It looks sleek and chic and goes with casual or dressy outfits. The glove was comfortable as well. I used it for regular golfing time with my guys and I also used it for fun driving ranges with my kids. It felt nice to wear and I could use it for the whole day without any issues. It wears incredibly even and keeps it shape even after multiple summer/sweaty rounds. I’ve always worn a medium glove and have issues with other brands fitting to large or being lose in the palm. I have lightly more slender fingers and a thin palm, so this glove has been excellent. The grip I’m right out of the package is excellent but after time it does lose some tack but that’s the same as any other leather glove. For me the consistency of sizing and fit keep me coming back. However, my feelings about the Nike Tour Classic Glove are somewhat mixed. The fit of the glove is exceptional, especially for someone like me with large to extra-large hands. At 6'0" and 180 lbs, I often find that gloves are too tight at the fingertips, but this glove fits perfectly. The material offers a good stretch, though it may feel snug for those with chubbier fingers. Regarding the design, I found it to be quite standard. While it does feature additional holes for breathability, this has never been a crucial factor affecting my gameplay. The design does not markedly differ from other gloves I own.
