Don’t Waste Your Money On These Or Dicks Sporting Goods

Bought these cleats from Dick’s in July of this year, today the cleats ripped on my son. Contacted customer service via chat and was told I had two options, bring them into the store and a team lead would evaluate and see if anything could be done. Option two would be to utilize Nike warranty. Went into my local store and right of the bat a store associate states that customer service was incorrect that we do not do that here. There wasn’t even a team member in the store that could make an executive decision, was told the store manager would be back in tomorrow morning. We spent $600 with this purchase and opened a dicks credit card that day to pay for the purchase. I will be very reluctant to shop at dicks anymore, and will probably close out the account. Had a staff member been more willing to help and a manager made the call it may have been different. She also stated that even if they ripped right after we purchased them while my son was wearing them that they couldn’t take them back. Never heard of a store policy like that but what do I know.

Dont Buy

I bought these for my son in the middle of August. He did not start wearing them until the week before the first football game and would interchange his old cleats with the new ones. They already have a crack in the shoe towards the side back heel on one of the cleats and the other cleat is pulling away from the rubber mold that the actual cleat is adhered to. These are suppose to be expensive cleats. I am not asking for them to last a year, but if they cant last half the season, I would recommend buying any cleat from Any brand and replacing them every 3 weeks, you will have less money in doing that and wont have to worry about cleats tearing 2 months in.

Didn’t Hold Up

Poor construction quality. Did not last 1 season. Upper section separates leaving hard plastic exposed on interior.

I purchased these cleats for my son and they lasted a grand total of three games. The rear cleat became unglued in the middle of a game and my son was forced to finish the game in borrowed shoes. Totally unacceptable at such a high price point.

Avoid. Cleat Will Seperate

Avoid. The cleat will seperate from the shoe. Barely a month into season and they are falling apart

Horrible Quality

When I bought this cleat I was expecting to see a brand new pair, but whenever they came in all I found was an unusable pair. The whole bottom part of the cleat was exploded and ripped off the cleat. Also the studs were shaved down to barely having any stud left at all. I was highly unsatisfied and shocked that something in that condition could be sold.

Disappointment

Terrible shoes! Not worth the money. My son wore the shoes that lasted only about two months.

Fell Apart

I bought this shoe for my son to wear for football. He wore them for less than 1 month and one of the cleats broke off. We have tried glueing it back on, but it continues to fall off. The quality of this shoe does not meet the price that we paid for it. I have tried to return them but as soon as an associate saw the shoe, they said they could not help because they have already been worn.

Cleat Falling Apart 1 Month Into Season

After 1 game the cleat is already detaching. Rums small. Order a 1/2 size up

Great Cleat

This cleat pretty hard to break in at first, but once they are broken in, they are some of the best Nike cleats I’ve worn.

Horrible Quality Shoe

These shoes did not last 2 months before completely falling apart. One shoe tore in the middle of practice. I was hoping they would last at least all season.

Poor Service

The store sold me two left shoes and my son was on the side line with no shoes to play with , unexceptable talk to a manager kept putting me on hold and didn’t resolve the situation

I love them and they made me a bit faster and are very comfortable
