Nice Fabric But Strange Fit

I wanted to love this skirt so much because it was the first stylish skirt that was a little longer that I have found. However, the waistband was super loose and the skirt was super tight. The shorts underneath were fine, but then the skirt fabric hugged the shorts instead of flowing, so it was just a really bad fit. Definitely returning.
