Medium Support

This bra is very comfortable and looks nice. Great for walking but not supportive enough for impact sports. After a few washes it seems to be getting a little looser and I would recommend this as a medium support bra.

Not High Support

Very soft but definitely not high support for larger chests. Felt more like a tshirt bra. This isn’t helped by the low cut at the front not allowing you to be held in well. Very frustrating when this is the next closest thing to the alpha sports bra that they seem to have discontinued.

Comfortable And Beautiful

I'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S (C-D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS (D-E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D-E, which should be larger. In the end, I couldn't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical (D-E should not be smaller than C-D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

Best Sports Bra For Hiit

I own two of these bras, and they’re incredibly easy to put on and take off. It also offers great support during high-intensity workouts. Additionally, i like the option to choose from different cup sizes for a perfect fit. Please bring more colors!

Nothing To Write Home About

I was pretty unhappy with this order aside from the fact that it took forever to arrive, it is definitely not a high impact bra for somebody with a larger cup size. I am a 32DD/E

Comfort + Support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this sports bra! The material is sooo smooth and being able to adjust the straps AND band is a huge plus for me. I wear a 32DD/34D typically and it's so hard finding a sports bra that fits both my band and cup size. I'm typically not a fan of added padding in my sports bras but the built in padding is not too much and just feels like extra support!

I Like It For Every Day Use…but It’s Not High Support

I bought two Nike sport bras, this one and the Nike swoosh medium support. I wanted complete submission of my girls during my workout, no jiggling. The medium support completely keeps the girls in place. Love that one, this Alate sports bra is very comfortable, great for every day use, and it’s easy to get in and out of. But, it does not keep the girls from jiggling completely.

I Wanted To Love This...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to try the Alate line of bras and this just wasn't for me. The label says it's a "high support" bra, but this felt more like a bralette than a bra I can run and do box jumps in. I felt like the sizing was weird also - depending on the style of Nike sports bra I'm a M or L (for the high support); this was a medium and the band felt loose but the girlies were falling out of the sides. Personally, I'll be using this as an errand bra on Sundays since I don't think I can trust it with a CrossFit workout.

Comfy But Not Enough Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first tried on the bra my first thought was that it was extremely comfortable. Due to the size of my breasts, finding a sports bra that doesn’t leave indentions is difficult. My biggest issue with the bra is when I’m really sweating, it doesn’t stay put. It rises up above my breasts nor does it offer a lot of support when I’m running. For my Pilates and yoga this bra is great.

Comfortable Convertible Bra

I love the fact that the straps are convertible and adjustable, as well as the fact that you can adjust the tightnesses around your chest/ribs. The bra is definitely intended for medium support/use, I wouldn’t recommend it for running or other activities where you would require stronger/heavier support. I wore it while doing light cardio exercise, and long walks. I would recommend this very comfortable bra!

Nike Bra That Is Built For Everyday Wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked that this bra not only gave me the support I needed for my lifting workouts, but was suitable for everyday wear. I wore the bra on Tuesday for F45, then on Friday out to dinner with my friends. The bra provides great support and the seamless design is stylish and comfortable. The only thing I would change would be allowing the shoulder straps to adjusts to be a little bit tighter. I could see Nike also designing a similar bra that has a v cut design in the front to be even more subtle under everyday shirts. I would absolutely purchase more of these!

Alate Convertible Bra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alate Convertible Bra is very comfortable. It offers support when running, stretching, bending. There was no spillage while bending over. The straps were comfortable the entire time while wearing and didn’t dig in my skin and I also was material is soft and doesn’t cause me to itch as some bras have in the past. I love the design of the bra as I can wear lower shirts due the scoop of the bra and I wear it everyday or under a tank top. There is good support when move around and I felt less sweat when moving around. The band is comfortable under boob The thing I love the most is that is is comfortable wearing and provide support. At this time I don’t have anything I would like to change to this bras as it is truely one of the most comfortable bras I have worn

Great Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alate convertible bra is amazing! This bra fit me perfectly and was extremely comfortable that I would wear it even when I’m not exercising. I really liked the design of the bra and the fact that I can switch the bra straps to go along with any kind of top I’m wearing. I also really liked that there was some holes in the front of the bra to help with ventilation. The material is also very soft but breathable and absorbs sweat quickly. I used this bra during my walk/run and really loved the support and the fact that everything is secured and stays in place. Overall, this bra is a great product I would recommend! I would definitely repurchase this product.
