Terrible Shopping Experience With Dick´s

I received the boots as a gift for a trip, and when I was about to use them, I realized I had been sent two right boots. I contacted customer support, but they weren’t able to help me locate the left one. They issued a refund, but I wasn’t able to wear the boots I really wanted for my trip.

So glad I bought these. They are so comfortable and versatile. Can be used for leisure and hiking. I recommend as they are hot and stylish!

Do An Inspection Before Shipping

Shipping me shoes wiith the theif white prevention tag on is beyond dumb. Now I still have to go back to the store to get this tag removed what was the purpose of shippjng to my house.
