Not The Best For The Gym/training

They fit true to size, and they’re not uncomfortable. However, the heel feels overly padded. I don’t feel like I’m flat. So when working out, I don’t feel like I have a stable foundation for my lifts. I wouldn’t recommend these for training unless you’re doing an upper body day. They feel just a little off. Almost like the heel is too high.

Great Balance Of Stability And Cushioning

I like these a lot - they are similar to the metformin but have more cushioning/arch support which I need. I think there a great balance of stability and cushioning for strength training. If you’re looking for a ton of cushioning you should look elsewhere though.I find that they run true to size and are not wide or narrow but a typical M width. The only thing that bothered me a bit is the heel slipped a bit when I first got them. That went away after a couple of wears though. Hopefully they will have a more secure heel in the next version without ruining the rest of the shoe

Too Narrow

Lovely color, but quite narrow, especially if you have wider feet! I bought these thinking they would be wider, considering most of the reviews say that they are wide in the tow box, but they were far too narrow from my feet. I wish that Nike and other shoe manufacturers/distributors would list the width of the toe box in inches/centimeters so that I won’t make this mistake again!

Not The Colour Advertised

Red trainers look nothing like the colour on the site. Ordered because they appear red, instead they are pink. Phoned Nike to complain and was told the colour is “sweet beets” as if that is an actual descriptive colour that you should reference instead of the numerous photos showing red shoes.

Designed With A Thought

I like the shoes. Their pad is flat, which is useful for plyometric exercises (they make impact on bones), flexible - my movements are not restricted. My training types: indoor running, resistance training, plyometrics, mobility.
