Perfect For Cross Training

The metcon has changed so much, looks cheap and is now wider and way less flexible and less cute! Returned!

Good Cross Training Shoe

I purchased these because I needed a shoe that I could use for cross training. I’m glad I chose these. They were perfect for all of my workouts throughout the week including squats and walking on the treadmill. They are stable but flexible. I’m usually a 7.5 but always go up half a size for my workout shoes. I have narrow feet and going with the size 8 was a good idea because the 7.5 might’ve been too snug. The price was also good for the quality.

Very Comfortable

I love the way the Metcon 5’s fit. They are very comfortable for all of my workouts. I recently had purchased a pair of Metcon 6’s and I had to return they fit too wide. So whenever I come across a Metcon 5 I will purchase before they go out of stock. Please make the Metcon 6’s more narrow.
