The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.

Very Cute

These shoes are very cute but they are super hard to get on because the tongue isn’t separate. I’m afraid the back of the shoe will get crushed when putting them on. They are wider than most Nikes usually I need a 7.5 but I wear a 7 in these. I couldn’t find anyone to help me in the store so I ordered them on line and they were $10 cheaper with free delivery!

Super Cute

I bought the men's version and kept those because of the wider toe box and lower heal height. The support of the heal is way too high in these shoes it rubs on my skin. I ended up returning.

These are the most comfortable cutest Nikes ever.. I just bought my second pair and already eyeing a third

Didn’t Last

They lasted 2 months before I had a blowout. I’m so sad. They were great up until then but these were too expensive to only last 2 months.

Cheap Material

They’re not like Macon 5 they stop making that why I got these I thought they were the same. But their not and they’re cheaply made and material is cheap so am going to probably return these am on the website looking for something else
