The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.

Hard Pass.

I've been wearing this style exclusively, for years. I just received this metcon 6 and I'm so disappointed. They're ugly! Not a good looking shoe at all. They also run large. I ordered my normal 7.5 and they're way too big. Returning.

Love the fit they comfortable and I would buy them again

Not Worth The Money.

I’ve been wearing these for 2 weeks now and they are seriously not comfortable at all. If I would have paid $50-$70 for these shoes I would be fine but they are no where near worth over $100. No cushion, no support, my arch doesn’t even touch the shoe and I have a very neutral arch. I’ve worn on cloud monsters for the last year and I will be returning these and going back to on clouds.

Great Shoe For Lots Of Walking!

I can’t say enough about this shoe! I bought it for a European vacation and let me tell you it was so comfortable! I walked around Spain, France and Italy with ease and comfort! I easily walked 10k of steps daily and was very comfortable, no blisters or pinching! Even walking through the ruins of Pompeii these shoes were like walking on a cloud. Did I mention they went with every outfit? Yes! I’ll be purchasing another pair in another color. If you’re looking for style but especially comfort, this is the shoe. I average a 8-8.5 and bought the 8.5 since I would be wearing socks. Great arch support, no crowding at the toe or slipping at the heels. Overall It exceeded my expectations! So if you’re on the fence, buy them, I’m confident you won’t be disappointedz
