The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.


Design:

  • Upper is made of breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed during dynamic movements, like lunging, squatting and jumping
  • Flywire cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout
  • Rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility during any sudden movements

In-Shoe Comfort:

  • Combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step
  • Comfortable inner sleeve increases ankle support and provides more seamless fit
  • Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort
  • More foam was added in the heel for improved stability

Not Worth Their Price, Zero Support…

These shoes are NOT worth their price. They look nice but aren’t comfortable at all. They genuinely wear like something you would buy at WalMart for $20. There is no fitted support around the foot, they’re almost like wearing boxes on your feet even down to the lack of support in the soles. I feel like I became flat-footed as soon as I took a step in them. There is even a bubble on the outside sides of them, and yet the fit is standard and true to size for my feet. A size smaller and they’d be too short, a size bigger and they be boats. I plan to keep them for standard wear and purchase better insoles, but I would not recommend for active fitness use. I am unsure what they were thinking with these but they are nothing like the 5’s.

Disappointing

These look pretty but that’s about it. I miss the Metcon 5s. These feel flat. I don’t know how they’re supposed to feel like cushions? My feet don’t feel supported. After wearing them for a few weeks in the gym (at F45), my knees hurt. I put on my old metcon 5s, immediate relief. I can feel the difference in the cushions. Sad.

Uncomfortable

Beautiful shoe but it did not fit comfortably. It was not true to size and I had to return.

Comfortable And Great For Lifting

great flat shoe for lifting. i had to go a half size down from my normal shoe size.

Tts Comfort

Finally a shoe that is TTS! I am so tired of order whole sizes that don't fit and 1/2 sizes that are not. These are true to size and cradle and support my foot perfectly. Love the support and cushion. Please do keep making these and don't change the lasts.
