The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.


Design:

They’re not like Macon 5 they stop making that why I got these I thought they were the same. But their not and they’re cheaply made and material is cheap so am going to probably return these am on the website looking for something else

Love the look of these but the high ankle wrap makes these uncomfortable, it comes up too high in the back and I do not like that they do not have a tongue like sneakers typically do.

Great Shoe

I got these shoes for lifting. As soon as I put them on I realized they were one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on. There’s cushion and it feels like it just hugs your foot. While I find it gives a lot of stability for my heavy lifts and grounds me well.

Only Lasted 2 Months

They were comfortable and worked well but not when pushing heavy sleds. They cane apart after 2 months.

I love these. The color. Fit. Comfortability. But I've only worn them 3 times at the gym no cardio, and the elastic already snapped. Plus I'm outside the return window because that's how infrequently I wear them. They fit true to size otherwise. Just wish they didn't break immediately
