The Free Metcon 6 supports every grunt, growl and “got it!” We added even more forefoot flexibility to our most adaptable trainer and reinforced the heel with extra foam. That means more freedom for dynamic movements during plyos and cardio classes, plus the stable base you need for weights.

  • Flywire cables give you a dynamic fit and help keep you secure during your workout
  • Rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility during any sudden movements

Great All Around Shoe

Finally found an all around workout, walking, and sometimes casual athletic shoe for my wife that is comfortable and looks great. She really likes the versatile look and had been searching for an all-white appearance that she really loves!

Broke On Wear #4

I was hoping these would be perfect for my cardio + weightlifting sessions and they seemed decent as I started wearing them in. On my 4th wear (owned for 5 days), one of the smaller cords that holds the shoelaces broke. I'm really disappointed!

True To Size Now

The previous model ran really small and since that was the case, I ordered half size bigger. Well this time I had to exchange to my actual size. I would go as far as saying these have extra space in the toe box which is very important when squatting.

Shoelace Loop Broke Twice.

I really loved these shoes and wanted them to work but one of the loops that held the shoelace broke upon my third time wearing them. Nike kindly replaced them with a new pair but then the same thing happened after a month of wearing them. They can no longer be tied properly so I can't wear them anymore.
